By using FunAsFit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The platform. We provide a booking and communication layer between trainees and independent trainers. Trainers are not our employees unless stated otherwise.

Accounts. You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Bookings. Session terms (payment, cancellation, refunds) are between you and your trainer unless we specify otherwise. Follow each trainer’s policies.

Acceptable use. No harassment, fraud, or attempts to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer. Fitness activities carry risk. Consult a physician before starting a program. We are not liable for injuries or disputes between users.

Changes. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
